Jadan Blue

While on the phone with Jadan last week, James Blue, his father, was senselessly gunned down in what seemed to be a random act of violence by a high school student who has since been arrested. There is a GoFundMe set up to support him and his family. You can read a heartbreaking note from Jadan on the page.

Jadan put in his time, representing our alma mater extremely well and under some tenuous times in our program. If you have the ability, please consider donating to the Blue family., maybe with a note of encouragement that reads #GoOwls.

Adam Scheier breaks down Temple's tight ends and special teams

"I'm very familiar with what Temple football has been and what Temple TUFF means," Scheier said today. "And the history of special teams here, Coach [Ed] Foley did a phenomenal job.

"It's not our job or charge to change the culture. It's our job to just bring the culture back.”

Hope we can become as good as Villanova

If you are a lover of basketball played the right way, then you love Villanova basketball. What will make me really happy is to see Houston play Villanova Because right now they are the two teams that play the game “ the right way “. I am predicting Houston will beat Arizona . I have Arizona to win the tourney but who cares . Villanova versus Houston will be fun .

NEXT YEAR

Based on what I have seen , here is my starting lineup next year and the reserves .

Starters : Miller , Battle, White , Jourdain and portal center that can score and rebound .

subs : Williams , Dunn , Hicks , Tolbert and Okpomo or Forrester

Deep Subs . Strickland ( if he takes that position on the bench )

note: we have 10-12 playable players . We should use more pressing defense and really overwhelm other teams .

Now I know we are going to get lots of disagreements . Let’s debate .
