Many in the American Conference are expecting big jumps next year out of UConn and Memphis, but Temple is sneaky good. Four starters back from a 17-win team

More Early prediction on Temple's starting five: Nate Pierre-Louis, Shizz Alston, Quinton Rose, Dre Perry, Ernest Aflakpui.

The PF spot is the big question mark for Temple. Sophomores Dre Perry and J.P. Moorman will split time, but wouldn't be shocked to see Quinton Rose there in a small ball lineup.

The new piece to keep an eye on at Temple is JUCO import Quentin Jackson. Can really shoot the basketball. Gives Fran Dunphy a quality fifth guard.

Nate Pierre-Louis' energy is infectious. Always plays with great bounce. Was good as a freshman. Should be high level as a sophomore.

More Greetings from North Broad Street. Here for Temple practice. Owls should have one of the best perimeters in the American Conference.
