For some reason, that name popped into my head earlier. He was a top 100 recruit who played AAU with Obi and spurned us for Miami out of HS. Played 2 pedestrian years at Miami and we were one of the finalists to land him as a transfer, but he cancelled his visit and committed to Nebraska.
He was first-team all Big 10 this year, averaged over 17 PPG, and has one year left. Woulda been nice.
