Great win yesterday and Temple beating all of the opponents they should [ except for St. Joes ] so looking like a 19 to 22 win team right now . Depends on games like Wednesday at Tulane and at Memphis . I don't think we camn beat SMU or CINCY away but really only games that I have a 90% chance in the loss column .

TV for Wednesday night ?

MJ008, just go to owlsports.com, men's basketball, then schedule and you'll see it's on ESPN News!

I could be wrong but I think ESPNEWS will carry the game.

It is so nice having our games on TV. Circa 2009 I recall having to resort to watching games against foes like the Charlotte 49ers on glorified cell phone feeds.

MJ008 et al, nice having every away game on TV the rest of the way, let alone the rest of the home schedule.
Good job by whoever got that done, internally and from the AAC!

There isn't a game left that isn't on some ESPN Network or the CBS Sports Network.

This is what happens when you are part of a real conference.

Keith90 That's unfair to the A-10 which was considered among the best leagues until about 2006. The A-10 used to be on TV a good amount back in the day on par with the other 8 major conferences, but they decided to sign that horrific TV deal with CBS Sports in 2007 that helped relegate the league to below high-major status.

The A-10 was a good mid-major league but never had a TV contract to the extent of the current AAC contract. Sure, top teams like Temple appeared on TV often due to their brand and scheduling but many league games were banished to regional sports networks. In fact, I switched from Comcast to Direct TV in the late 90s in order to be able to catch Temple away games on various regional sports networks when Comcast would only pick up select games (I was getting tired of having to go to bars to watch games).

The A-10 had good basketball programs and good competition (at the top of the league), but the conference was second rate. If you don't believe that, just look at where the conference tournament was held after it left Philly (and even in Philly, after leaving the Palestra was relegated to an area on its last legs).

ESPN News has become the Owl channel

I subscribed again this past football season to ESPN Game Plan... not one game on it

oh, and yes, SMU is on CBS with the others around it on NEWS
