Looking around the basketball coaching landscape for a replacement of our floundering program, is first overwhelming and secondly well removed from my professional experience.
Assuming the administration does the bold move of relieving a basketball nice guy, who would be a realistic replacement. I posted in other thread Tom Crean, but would he really come to Philadelphia and his midwest comfort zone. So who then? I know some would say he's looking above a Temple level program but Dan Hurley would sure look and feel like a great hire. There are many reasons Pro and Con but I think this would be a hire that would put Temple quickly back into the college basketball conversation.
