Athlon names Temple one of 20 teams on the rise for next year.

There is also a USA Today article from a few days ago that named Temple as a team that would use their bowl win to challenge for the conference next year. It has Collins comparing next years team to the 2014 Miss State team that was #1 in the country at one point.

Collins also has publicly mentioned going undefeated next year and making the Cotton Bowl.
I personally like the high expectations being set but will be interesting to see how they do.
