The Temple Board is basically La Cosa Nostra. The only way you whack the don is if it's signed off on by the underboss or consigliere. And since the Board is generally derelict in their duties, it's unlikely that'll happen. They don't care at all if some soldiers are disgruntled.

The five families are the five companies of Scranton Business Park. The bosses rarely meet. There's Michael Scott, Regional Manager, Dunder Mifflin. Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration. Paul Faust of Disaster Kits Limited. They call him "Cool Guy Paul." W.B. Jones of W.B. Jones Heating and Air. Grade A Bad Ass. And Bill Cress of Cress Tool and Dye. Bill Cress is super old and really mean.

What a mess is right. Mitch Morgan should probably hold a press conference to show temple is stable. This could impact enrollment which already took a hit due to the crime issue.
Also, you have the AD for a reason. Let the man work and announce his hire independent of wingard crap.

I see us hiring Charlton Young because, on paper, it seems to be the wrong move and we’re known for that. We’ll be told it was to elevate our recruiting ability. We will then proceed to land unranked and 3* players for 3-4 years finishing .500 or below. We’ll then fire him and start the process again.

The only “good” that comes of this is it ensures Arthur Johnson is also fired when it fails. He was Wingard’s guy and cannot survive the optics of hiring a coach that won 25% of his games as a head coach. It’s legitimately mystifying to me that he is even a consideration for this position.
