bars open before UCF game?

I don't live in the area and happen to be in Philly this weekend. Always try to catch the Owls when in town so I will be at the UCF game. Any chance the bars on campus will be open before the game? It starts at noon - so didn't know if anyone pre-games for a nooner tip off.
