The latest 2017 Rivals250 list was released earlier this week, and Temple is in the mix for at least 10 of those players, including:

No. 250 - Nathan Proctor: As Matt Vender reported, Proctor will be at Temple’s camp this Sunday, June 12. Has offers from the likes of Penn State, Maryland and Florida.

No. 233 - Harrison Hand: Matt watched Hand at Wednesday's Tri-State Showcase, so he worked out for Temple, Ohio State and Rutgers. Per Matt’s report, Hand spent a lot of time with defensive coordinator Phil Snow and defensive backs coach Fran Brown. Temple has recruited him as hard as anyone, but his national profile as we can see here has certainly picked up.

No. 221 Markquese Bell – I used to cover Bell’s Bridgeton High School program, which plays in the Cape-Atlantic League close to programs where Temple has had some recruiting success like Vineland (Jeremiah Atoki) and Millville (Ryquell Armstead.) It’s been a while since Bridgeton has had a recruit ranked as high as Bell. Explosive athlete, lengthy offer sheet with lots of high-majors. High-character kid from what I’ve been told by people I’m still in touch with from that area. Just about every Big Ten program has been to the school to see him.

No. 199 Micah Clark – The offensive lineman from Holmdel’s St. John Vianney is currently committed to Rutgers, but Temple is still in the mix. Like everyone else on this list, Clark has a long list of notable offers.

No. 186 Mekhi Becton – Four-star OT out of Virginia’s Highland Springs High School.

No. 107 Fred Hansard – Hansard, who plays at The Hun School in Princeton, is ranked as the sixth-best defensive tackle in the nation by Rivals. All the usual suspects have offered.

No. 92 Chase Young – Young, at 6-5, 220, is a fast and athletic weakside defensive end. He plays at DeMatha in Hyattsville, Md. Loaded offer sheet like everyone else on this list.

No. 66 Mark Webb – Temple has a bit of an in with Webb, a 4-star wideout from Archbishop Wood through incoming freshman quarterback Anthony Russo. Alabama and other big programs have offered.

No. 64 Robert Hainsey – The 11th-ranked offensive tackle in the 2017 class. Plays at Bradenton’s IMG Academy. His teammate, 2018 DT Taron Vincent, is coming to Sunday’s camp, per Vender.

No. 39 Drew Singleton – The Paramus Catholic OLB is ranked second nationally at his position and has offers from just about everyone – Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Michigan, etc.
