We all seem to be throwing around names, but what are the critical/key success factors that a new Temple HC should possess in the current situation?
In my previous life I evaluated bank management for 30 years. If the organization was healthy, you hired/promoted from within. There'd often be consequences if you did not. If things were in bad shape, you'd have to go outside and find a new management team to clean house.
