i know TU's official color is cherry. But last night, in preparation for Friday's game, my wife went to the Temple bookstore on campus and came back with a T baseball hat, a men's quarter zip and a women's quarter zip. All three were officially licensed items and all three were different reds, and I'm not sure even one of them was actually cherry.
I've noticed this inconsistency before, even at the LC, where the floor is bright red, not cherry.
Why can't Temple have one consistent shade of actual cherry across all of their licensed products, arena, uniforms, advertisements, etc? It's amateurish to have multiple colors and I can assure you that UNC has one shade of Tarheels baby blue!
