A few weeks ago, we debated how the college gameday week ranked as one of our finest moments. It was such a great week but ended in a loss. And a close loss that could've been so different if just one or two things went the other way. That loss hurt me so bad and left me with so much pain that I struggles calling it the finest week in TUFB history even though it was historic for the program overall.
Saturday for me, easily surpassed the ND week as my favorite moment in TUFB history. Now, just like the ND week, the whole thing comes crashing down. This is a really crushing blow and feels exactly like the ND loss. Pure euphoria to disappointment in the blink of an eye.
I don't blame Rhule, I probably would've done the same thing. But damn does this hurt. In a day or so, Ill pick myself back up and keep carrying the flag but this shot is gonna keep me down for a few days.
