Per a couple of sources, OwlScoop.com has confirmed that former Temple commit and Rutgers transfer Raheem Blackshear visited Temple over the weekend.
Blackshear, who originally committed to Temple in 2016 but decommitted during the transition from Matt Rhule to Geoff Collins, led Rutgers in both rushing yards (586 yards) and receiving yards (367 yards) in 2018. Blackshear was dominant in the receiving game this year, as he had 29 catches for 310 yards and two touchdowns before shutting it down after four games to retain a year of eligibility.
Blackshear should have two years of eligibility left at his next stop.
Despite the hiring of Greg Schiano, Blackshear is not expected to return to Rutgers.
