Don't know what was going on, but USF was still throwing the ball and trying score with 11 seconds left in the game and up, 38-22. The Bulls scored on a pass, but it was called back on a penalty. Then they tried again. It was weird stuff.
At the end of the game, there was a real icy handshake between USF coach Willie Taggart and E. Carolina coach Scottie Montgomery.
