I love this guy already. He is the first in many, many, many years to be committed to having eight O-lineman fully ready to step in and play. His comment that he needs to know how prepared the sixth, seventh and eighth man up on the O-line are warms my heart. And insuring the O-lineman can fill in at various slots is also a mega plus as these lineman get nicked up as the season progresses. The trenches is where the game is won and lost, and if we win the battle of the O-line we will have successful seasons.
