Had people around me say Tulane's RB foot stomped a TU player's head when he was on the ground. I didn't see it but a lot of fans said it happened and there was no call.
I think it was during the 3rd quarter right before that weird Tulane play that was called a first down with a dead ball personal foul that was reviewed and not given a first down and made it 3rd in long.
Anyone know anything?
