As much as the loss to Army hurt, it's these sort of painful experiences that will cause the coaching staff and players to grow. We had a lot more of these UCONN and Army type experiences in Rhule's first year, and that ended up okay.

I'm hopeful Army is a turning point in the season. It seems to me offensively we may be finding our groove. They looked very good at times.

Defensively...need to get back to the mayhem.

I'm hoping the guys stew over this close loss Against army, and come out swinging at home against Navy after the bye week.

It's also worth pointing out that Navy QB Zach Abey is in concussion protocol, but it's not entirely clear if he suffered a concussion in Saturday's game against UCF. He may be just fine by the time we play them, but certainly this could be a factor and more to follow.

We just need to identify our plan to win, and stick to it. We did that for most of the 2nd and 3rd quarters Saturday, and then in the 4th quarter had some questionable coaching and defensive issues.

Clean it up, and we are in okay shape.
