This is why they look like an Big dance team one night and look like they belong in local CYO league the next game . This is the coaches fault when you just can’t get the team up for the majority of the games ( even great teams lose focus every so often ) . It is up to the staff and coach to give their team an identity and make them play with passion and purpose . They haven’t for the last two years for a majority of the games and hence mediocrity .
They played great today but UCF ( after losing T Fall ) looks like a doormat . However Temple played with passion but where was it against Houston ? Again , up one day and down the next . This will get you 15 to 18 wins when you should be winning 20 to 23 games .
This team next year could be a very good team but without Dunphy and this staff . If he comes back then it will be the same old , same old . Boring !!!
