Perhaps if his was one of 60 or so games played on Saturday, it would not be so bad. But, because this was the only college football game played last night, the game was the center of the college football world attention, and we were the lead story on ESPN Sports Center. I worry that the optics were not good, and people will think we are the "old Temple." I did not think our fall from grace would be so sudden. Hopefully, we will get it together, and play better, and redeem ourselves the next time we play on Thursday night - November 2nd against Navy. Go Owls - beat Houston!
