Here's the university's official announcement:
Temple to Phase in Fans in Stands for Home Football Games
PHILADELPHIA – With the city of Philadelphia’s announcement today (Oct. 13) permitting a limited number of fans at outdoor sporting events, Temple University will begin a phased approach to sell tickets to Owls football games.
For Saturday’s home-opener against USF (12 pm/ESPN+/97.5 The Fanatic), complimentary tickets will only be provided for families of Temple Football players and coaches. This will provide the University and its medical team time to monitor the event for health and safety before selling tickets to the general public.
If all goes well, Temple Athletics will then offer a prorated three-game season ticket plan for games on November 5 (SMU), November 21 (ECU), and November 28 (Cincinnati).
Temple fans who renewed their season tickets for the 2020 Owls season will be given priority on the purchase of the limited number of seats available for the team’s three November games.
