Current Temple offensive line coach/run game coordinator Chris Wiesehan interviewed for Temple's head coaching vacancy Monday, according to sources familiar with the Owls' coaching search.
Wiesehan was mentioned in OwlScoop's original list of coaching candidates.
The veteran position coach did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Wiesehan has spent the past five seasons at Temple, working under two different head coaches in Matt Rhule and Geoff Collins.
A 24-year coaching veteran, Wiesehan has made stops at UCLA, Notre Dame, Syracuse, along with the NFL and CFL.
Wiesehan served as Northern Arizona's offensive coordinator/assistant head coach from 2001 to 2005.
