What do these teams have in common?
Quick turnarounds with coaching changes and / or major overhaul in strategy. Nova is the exception, but after Jay Wright's 11 win 2011-2012 campaign he made some major changes to his team management, coaches, etc so credit where it's due.
The point: once we have a change in regime I'm confident we can be great again with the right hire. This is a city that is passionate about sports, and there is ZERO reason we can't attract top coaching talent and top players. Of course if you hire the Steve Addazio's and Chip Kelly's of the world it can prolong the agony, but I do feel happy days will be here again.
Color me optimistic.
