I believe in the old saw that a team's personality reflects that of the coach. So...... I thought I'd list my "teeth in their stomach" players under both Coach and Dunphy. Obviously, this is highly subjective. My definition is guys who were clutch, warriors, stepped up in crunch time etc. Here's my list.
Chaney-Granger Hall and Terry Stansbury (Casey recruits) Nate, Macon, Howie Evans, Perry, Aaron, Eddie, Brunson (whatever you think of his post-Temple actions) Marc Jackson, Brokenborough, Pepe, Greer, Quincy, Hawkins
Dunphy-Dionte (Chaney recruit) Ryan Brooks, Rhalir and for sure Khalif and Josh
