Started yesterday. Excited to see who fills the holes left by the seniors.
I'm interested in seeing who emerges on the offensive line. Dawkins will play LT. I know they're playing both McHale and Jaelin Robinson at tackle this spring with the 1's. McGowan will probably stay at center. Not sure where Leon Johnson fits. I think Jovahn Fair will start at guard on opening day (I've heard rave reviews). I'll be interested to see who emerges from McHale, Robinson, Carter, and Johnson to fill the other spots.
I think Chapelle Russell fills in nicely for Tyler in the LB corp. 9as nicely as one can fill in for the national defensive player of the year), as I've heard great reviews of him as well. I think Nate Hairston and Artrel Foster will fill in the roles on the boundary. I'm hoping we can upgrade from Will Hayes last year at safety.
My biggest concern is the defensive line. I think losing Matt I. is arguably our biggest loss. I'm hoping Greg Webb can help immediately and one of the redshirt freshmen step up (Kelly or Bronson).
