A great win, not a fluke because our Owls worked their butts off all game to earn it. Aggressive on defense, up tempo often on offense, lots of teamwork weaving on O and switching on D. Main thing they clearly like to play faster rather than the plodding style.
Nate isn't just a starter, he is a leader on a team who needs it with some introversion in the upperclassmen. Big Ern and Obi didn't back down against a physically stronger team that early on thought it could bully us like Cincy did.
Shizz was missing outside so he used his smarts and unexpectedly drove for some tough baskets late. Q is a state of uncertainty ballhandling sometimes but he always seems to atone. We do have some free throw disease tho but fortunately they fouled Obi and Shizz late.
