Georgia linebacker-safety hybrid Ricky Williams, Jr. of Harrison High School was at Temple last weekend for an official visit.
Williams enjoyed the visit and it seemed like the Owls were in good shape with him. Here is my story from Monday on Williams.
I checked in with Williams today and was told that he's hearing from multiple Power 5 schools, including North Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Florida State, UCF and Indiana. He's working on setting up an official visit for next weekend, although nothing is scheduled yet.
Williams had been planning on signing during the NCAA's early signing period, which stretches from Dec. 20 to Dec. 22. It's unclear if Williams still plans to ink during that timeframe.
