Have stolen our last 3 coaches: Miami, BC, and Baylor.
My theory is they can pay a lot more, and do not have to disclose the terms of the deals.
With the exception of Alabama, OSU, and perhaps 15 other P5 jobs... money at public university is more heavily scrutinized for obvious reasons.
I don't think Rhule leaves this year for 3-4M, but 6-10 from a private school... hard to pass up. Mind you Baylor isn't even in the realm of success of the schools I mentioned.
