Per Football Scoop, Illinois assistant coach Thad Ward is Temple's WRs coach and probably co-OC.
Prior to joining Lovie Smith's staff in 2016, Ward coached the wide receivers at Northern Illinois under Rod Carey from 2013-15. He was also the WRs coach at Western Michigan in 2012 and Gardner-Webb in 2011. Ward also coached running backs at Western Illinois from 2005-10.
