Temple extended an offer to 2018 Northern High School (Md.) lineman Jaelyn Duncan on Tuesday, according to his school's Twitter page.
Duncan's current offer list includes Penn State and Maryland. He's a 6-6/300-pounder that was a standout at one of Matt Rhule's June camps.
