Are we remiss for not acknowledging this small item at the bottom of the Owlscoop story about our win over ECU?:
"The Owls inducted former big men Jim Williams and John Baum, who’s the team’s radio color analyst, into the Ring of Honor at the Liacouras Center during a halftime ceremony."
I enjoy John's insights to the extent of turning on the radio to listen to him after televised TV games. In fact I've tuned to him and Harry when the TV commentary becomes excruciating, but the inevitable delay twixt the two is a pain. John tells the truth, with expertise, yet in a constructive manner.
And long ago encountered a big guy named Williams and electric guard named Cartwright.
