Anyone share my interest in this unusual team?
The article rightly praises the Zag defense. It's not just the ole defense wins championships, rather it's how well everyone plays it, including their big players, who are agile, quick and usually relentless.
There also are a bunch of very good players on O and D. Of course Williams-Goss is the headliner yet the so-called bottom of the bench has good players. (Coach) Few uses all of them very well.
The other likely candidates for the Final Four are fine teams but are what you'd expect. I've seldom seen a large collection of mostly good players of such shapes and sizes form up to a "synergestic" whole like Gonzaga.
