Hire Coach from Current Staff?

Hopefully Temple can hire someone whose is on staff. In this way we down crash the whole program by firing all the assistant coaches like Phil Snow and others and have to rebuild the whole system again. Stability is critical as long as the guy picked can coach and win. I hope Rhule can recommend one of his coaches as the new head coach.
