I wasn't able to be on this week's podcast with the Sams and @Kyle Gauss, who made his welcomed return to the pod, but the guys did predictions and all have Temple winning this one. As Kyle said, maybe the line is telling us something - although I see the Owls are 3.5-point favorites now and I think that's as high as it's been all week - but I think Temple wins this game by at least two scores, be it two touchdowns or a touchdown and a field goal.
Could they be rusty and a bit out of synch because of the unusual offseason and delayed start? Sure. At the same time, they've had much more time to prepare and I think they have too much talent on both sides of the ball to lose this game.
