I had no allusions that we would beat ND. I did though have high expectations that our offense would be exciting, creative, rotating players in and out, extending the field, up tempo and unpredictable.
We were completely the opposite. Frustrated and confused.
On D. I expected some growing pains and do believe they will be ok.
ND is bigger, stronger and faster. We missed multiple tackles. I think the players and the coaches all learned something today.
