Temple coach Geoff Collins and offensive line coach Chris Wiesehan flew out to the west coast on Sunday night for a recruiting trip.

Collins and Wiesehan visited Arizona Western College to see 2018 defensive back Luca Vartic, who's originally from Hawaii. Vartic could land an offer from the Owls later this week.

The duo of Temple coaches also met with 2018 offensive lineman Bo Alexander, who will take an official visit to North Philadelphia on the weekend of Dec. 15. Wiesehan went to see Alexander last week as well. Alexander is scheduled to take an official visit to Houston this weekend. The Cougars, along with Cincinnati, are making a strong push for Alexander. Temple has hopes to sign at least five offensive linemen in the 2018 recruiting class.
