There have been some title changes on Temple's coaching staff over the last few weeks.

Ed Foley is now is listed as the Assistant Head Coach - Offense/Special Teams Coordinator/Tight Ends. Foley held a very similar title during Matt Rhule's time at Temple but was just the tight ends coach last year.

Taver Johnson is now listed as Assistant Head Coach - Defense/Co-Defensive Coordinator/Safeties. The assistant head coach title is a promotion but the co-defensive coordinator part is interesting, as Johnson was the sole defensive coordinator last year. More on that below.

Andrew Thacker is now listed as co-defensive coordinator/linebackers. Thacker did a good job last year with a brand new linebacking corps and likely had a few job opportunities over the offseason. Giving him a promotion to co-defensive coordinator was a way to keep a young, energetic recruiter on the staff.

Jim Panagos added Run Game Coordinator to his defensive line coach title.

Chris Wiesehan added Run Game coordinator to his offensive line title.

As we reported last week, Adam DiMichele is now a recruiting coordinator/offensive assistant.

Tom Pajic is now a senior offensive advisor after spending last year as the Director of Player Personnel.

Larry Knight was promoted to Director of Player Personnel after serving as defensive quality control last season.

Josh Linam was promoted from defensive analyst to quality control - defense.

Reggie Garrett was promoted from graduate assistant to defensive analyst.
