With the departures of Johnson and Robinson and the additions of Burton and Knight, did we gain or lose in terms of overall coaching talent including ability to find talent, recruiting abilities, player motivation, teaching, etc.?
On the surface, it seems we lost coaching experience at a minimum, particularly Johnson's experience with larger P5 programs. And we did have the #1 passing defense in the AAC last season. However, there were a few defensive debacles along the way ... Army and UConn in particular.
