Matt Rhule hired the former Temple OL coach to be the Baylor WRs coach after Matt Lubick left Baylor last week to become WRs coach and co-offensive coordinator at University of Washington.

Bicknell (OL) and Rhule (DL) coached together under Al Golden in 2006.
