Looking into it, from 1986 when he was hired at DePaul until now, Bill Bradshaw was the AD at schools that oversaw two total NCAA tournament wins that weren't vacated. Those two wins were Fran's PSU win and NC State win, though at the point of winning out in Dayton, he was stripped of all power and was being forced out. He followed up decades of success at DePaul by immediately running that program into the ground while mired in violations and mediocrity. Heck, he even took over a LaSalle program that had recently went to a Sweet Sixteen and crash landed that into the basement of the A10. And we know what he did while at Temple. Hire Fran, extend Fran, and put several Draught House bartenders through school.
So from 1986 to 2019, he oversaw two NCAA tournament wins. This guy makes Fran's heist look like pulling pennies from the mall fountain.
