Per Brian Flinn of Future150, class of 2017 small forward Tshiefu Ngalakulondi is claiming an offer from Temple. Previously a low-to-mid-major player who has vastly improved this season and is now 6-foot-7 and around 205. Rutgers and Virginia are showing interest as well.
