Temple has been recruiting Simeon High School's Jeremiah Williams, a 6-foot-5, 185-pound guard who can play the point or off the ball. His two latest offers have come from St. Bonaventure and Illinois-Chicago. Wichita State is set to offer soon, and he could have an offer from Temple by this weekend.
Williams was named to the Chicago Sun-Times' second-team all-city squad after averaging 16.8 points, 8.9 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.4 blocks. His teammate, Ahamad Bynum, is a top-100 player from the 2021 class who has already committed to DePaul.
Simeon has produced some notable players over the years, including Derrick Rose, Jabari Parker and Kendrick Nunn.
