What seed give us the best chance to get into the tourny? I think we need at least 2 wins if not more. Right now we are 7th but I think we will over take UCF for the 6th seed by the end of the season. On the one hand, not getting a bye gives us an extra chance at a W. On the other hand, coming in 6th does not look great. Also getting the 6th seed means we will play Houston in the second round whereas the 7th seed would have us play Witchita. Personally, I like our chances against Witchita in comparison to Houston. The best position would be the 5th seed because then Tulsa would be our second round opponent. Getting to the 5th seems to be out of the question though because we would need Memphis or Tulsa to lose out, which seems unlikely because both teams have very winnable games. But Hell If Tulsa loses to ECU on 3/1, then we could over take them with a win in the season finale.
