Here's Temple's 2018 Scholarship Board, complete with freshmen and transfers that are currently enrolled at Temple. As you can see, the Owls currently have one scholarship available with Onasis Neely, Nickolos Madourie and David Nwaogwugwu currently not enrolled.
One of those three players could end up at Temple, assuming they clear the necessary hurdles, or that scholarship could go to a completely different player. That player could end up being a walk-on that gets rewarded, like Todd Jones, Rob Ritrovato and Chris Myarick have had happened, a transfer or a late commit. For example, Cole Boozer did not sign with Temple until the July after his senior season in 2013.
There's also always the possibility that somebody on this board leaves the program, which would free up another scholarship for one of the aforementioned scenarios.
