While transcribing an interview I just did with Rivals150 guard Tre Moss, I noticed that he mentioned Temple.

Somehow I didn't hear him say "Temple" during our phone call or I would have asked him some questions about his relationship with the staff and so forth. He was listing schools that want to do a Zoom call and he said "and Temple does too."

Trey is a pretty good interview so if your recruiting reporter wants to reach out to him his contact info is listed in the Rivals database.

So, it turns out that that the Linc is perfectly sized for Temple football in the "new normal" socially distant seating arrangement once college football can once again be played.

At 68, 532 seats and social distancing of one third of seats being filled, Temple could comfortably seat 22,834 peeps which would be about right for a typical game since we rarely get more than 18,000 asses in seats.

Seems fortuitous that the OCS didn't advance at this point.

Temple will host 2018 Providence Day (NC) shooting guard Trey Wertz for an official visit this weekend, he told OwlScoop.com.

The Owls have recently been successful recruiting North Carolina, landing players like Justyn Hamilton and JP Moorman in the class of 2017.

I'll have more on Wertz tomorrow. Supposed to speak with him over the phone for an interview.

I like Mckie’s approach to getting kids that he wants and want to play his way, while letting go of those that might not be buying in - but he sure seems like he can’t get anyone.

Amidst all the very long threads, I've lost track of who the contenders are for the remaining spots. We've got Battle in. I know there's Sage Tolbert and Jeremiah Williams (great stories on them, thanks OwlScoop staff). Who else are we involved with that hasn't committed elsewhere yet? Just thought some clarity would be nice.
